Q. Is my information secure?

A. Yes. Protecting your personal information is a high priority of the Reno Orthopaedic Clinic. To ensure the security of your personal information our Patient Portal uses encryption to prevent unauthorized access to data. You should never provide your User ID and Password to someone else and Reno Orthopaedic Clinic staff will never ask you for your Password.

 

Q. What browser can I use to access Patient Portal?

A. Patient Portal Access requires Internet Explorer 8 or higher.

 

Q. How do I set up a Minor's account?

A. You will create an account as the parent/legal guardian, then choose the option to verify a patient that is under the age of 18. Here you will edit your account to add a family member. You will be asked for the one-time PIN to verify the minor. 

 

Q. How do I add a family member to an existing Portal account?

A. Once logged in, Edit Account and add family member. You will be asked for the one-time PIN to verify identity. Please contact us through our portal line at 775-785-3449. We can issue a PIN or link your family member to your account for you.
